Feb. 7, 2022 – MLB Steroid Testing Paused for First Time in 20 Years

Major League Baseball’s drug agreement and five-year labor contract, both between management and the players’ association, have expired, resulting in a pause in steroid testing as of 11:59 p.m. ET on Dec. 1, 2021. The pause was confirmed on Feb. 7, 2022.
